I've become so FAT!!!!!

I'd gained so much weight in Canada~~almost 4 kilograms!!!!!!!
When I was in Canada, I knew I'd put on weight, but I didn't know how much it was until I came back to Taiwan. I was so surprised when I saw the number which was showed on the scales!! I was surprised because I didn't notice I've gained so much weight, and I didn't felt I was that heavy!! My belly became a little bit big, but not as big as other people in Canada, and I still could wear my pants, it’s just a LITTLE tight….In Canada, at the time of summer and fall, I saw many HOT girls had beautiful face with……BIG belly!!! Maybe that was the reason why I didn’t feel I was fat, but I can’t stand seeing the big number of my weight on the scale, so I have to lose my weight!!In Taiwan, people think slim, even skinny is beautiful…
Or I should just not care about that and just be myself??
