Yoshiko is my good friend in Canada.
I remembered she was the first person who I talked to in the first day of class when i was in Edmonton. We have a lot of good memories in Edmonton. We spent a lot of time preparing the presentation, she invited me to join the Thanksgiving party at her homestay, and we talked a lot to each other, and gave advice to each other when we had problems.
Last Friday she came to Vancouver. She said if i had not been here, she wouldn't have come here alone. I took her to see the sea, and eat seafood. There is no sea around Edmonton, and the seafood is not easy to get there. When we ate seafood at the market in North Vancouver,i said, it's the life. I can't understand why there are some people don't eat seafood. We all agree that the Asia food is still the most delicious food !! She told me about the life in Edmonton since i left. There were something bad, something funny, something interesting!! On Friday night, I took her to the famous night club in Vancouver with my friends. We had never been to the place like this in our countries before. That night club is famous to students, because it is cheap. The later the music louder, and there were some people dancing with music, but i still had no dare to dance, i thought i was old~~!!! It's a new experience!! Now we know what night club is !!
We talked a lot again when she was waiting for her flight at the airport last Saturday . We talked about our future and family. Although she is younger than me 5 years, she is mature, and we have similar thinking,so there is no difficult between us to communicate to each other.
Yesterday she had already gone back to Japan. She had finished her life in Canada, but she had told me more than one time that she thought 4 months were not long enough to study, she wanted to stay here longer, and me ,too.
I don't know when we could meet again, but fortunately, the distance between Japan and Taiwan is not far,the time is even shorter than taking bus from north Taiwan to south. I hope we can keep in touch forever.
Yoshiko~welcome to Taiwan, and I will also go to Japan.
Take care~
