今天去參加了卡達航空來台招募空服員的open day,
open day就是開放給所有想應徵的人現場繳履歷。
早上九點到盛世王朝大飯店(前環亞飯店)，
現場真的是滿滿滿滿到不行，
我估計大約有一千人吧，椅子都不夠坐，很多人用站的。
兩個考官，ㄧ個埃及籍，ㄧ個馬來西亞籍，
先讓我們看了介紹卡達國情的短片，
再來是跟我們介紹卡達航空，空服員受訓流程，福利薪水，所需人格特質等等... (福利薪水真的是很優渥...)
最後就是繳履歷時間。
ㄧ千個人要繳，只有兩個考官，可想而知要排很久，
她說可以繳的時候我就去排隊了，
結果還是等了一個多小時才輪到我，
埃及考官只問我，你好嗎，什麼名字，幾歲，是不是學生，
就跟我說thank you very much了...
然後我就眼見我的履歷被堆到比較高的那疊，
想當然爾，那也是不考慮的那疊...
結果也沒錯，我到現在也沒接到明天複試電話...
聽說卡達一年會來台灣招兩次，
下次我還會想去嗎?
不知道ㄝ...
I participated in the "open day" of Qatar Airways that came to Taiwan to recruit cabin crews today. Open day is the day for everyone who wants to be recruided hand in the C.V. (Curriculum Vitae). The location is at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel. I went there at 9 am, there're soooo~~~ many people. I approximated there're 1000 people, and the chairs were not enough, there were even some people standing. There're two interviewers, one is Egyptian, and another is Malaysian. They let us watch the video of introdction of Qatar. Then, they introduced Qatar Airways, cabin crew training procedure, welfare, salary, and what kind of personality we need to have etc. (the salary is pretty high). The final time is handing in C.V. There're 1000 people going to hand in their C.V.s, but there're only two interviewers, you know, we must wait for a long time. I was going to wait in a line immediately when she said we could line up, but i still waited for over one hour. The Egyptian interviewer just asked me "How are you", "What's your name", "How old are you", "Are you a student", and "Thank you very much", that's all, then i saw my C.V. was put on the pile of higher papers, and it's the pile of "Not Accept" for sure... The resule was as same as i thought, I didn't receive any call of second stage test tomorrow so far. People say that Qatar Airways recruides cabin crews twice a year in Taiwan. Do i want to try again next time? I don't know~~
