Feel the world

在離開溫哥華的前一個禮拜，

我邀請了一些朋友去我home stay小聚吃晚餐。

而在之前我也詢問過我home mom，

她也說可以，因為我說想要做台灣菜給大家吃，

是我煮不是她煮，她答應的很爽快!!

不過就在party前兩天，她問我有幾個人，

我說大概10個，

結果她馬上臉色大變~~!!!

直說太多人了，應該要先告訴她的，

她以為只有ㄧ兩個人而已…

真的是沒有溝通好，真糟糕，沒預料到會變這樣….

後來在party那天又發生了一些事，

我不小心把她的晚餐弄燒焦了，

ㄜ….真的是非常的衰….

害我一直拼命跟她解釋，

雖然她沒有當面罵我，

但是看的出來就是一臉非常不爽…..

唉….

所以在home stay的最後一個星期，

氣氛實在是有夠僵的，

沒想到都要離開了，竟留下不好的印象….

這篇的主題是Home Party對吧….

嗯，回歸正題…

撇除那些事情不說，

其實那天的聚會真的是非常愉快…

以前我就很想在家開party了，

這次總算是一了心願…

其實我想要的home party不是說要多熱鬧多瘋，

邀請一些好朋友來家裡吃飯喝酒聊天，

聊天也不限話題，輕鬆嚴肅都可以，

(其實只要一杯酒就很容易打開話匣子了…)

跟朋友聚在一起，那樣的氣氛就很棒了~~

那天我也沒煮啥真正好料的…

就只是簡單的火鍋…

(其實也不是我在煮….感謝和臻小姐大力幫忙(淚)!!)

還有買現成的小菜(豬耳朵，鳳爪，牛肚)…

(根本就是拿來下酒的…)

 


不過我調了重點飲料!!(自認為是重點…)
那就是雞尾酒啦~~
而且我還不是隨便亂調的喔~~
它是有名字的—螺絲起子!!
做法很簡單，就是伏特加+柳橙汁~~
濃度通常是柳橙汁：伏特加 => 2：1(或更少)
不過我那天調的伏特加量有多了一點點…
難怪大家怎麼好像很容易就開始醉了…
我還有加水果罐頭和新鮮柳橙果肉，
我覺得還不錯喝哩~~!!

事後我有問大家滿不滿意這次的聚會，
他們都給予了正面的評價，都說很愉快!!
食物也很好吃~~
聽見大家這樣說，我也感到心滿意足了!!

    I invited some of my friends coming to my home stay for dinner before I left Vancouver. I had asked my host mother previously, and she said it is ok, no problem. Until she knew I invited too many people, she was not happy about that , because I invited too many people, and she thought it was just 1 or 2…AND…at that day we had a party, I burned her dinner by accident…it’s really such a bummer!!! So the last week she and I didn’t get along with each other very much!!

    Except these things, I really had a good time with my friends at that day!! I really want to throw a party at home from the past. The party that I want is not how special or how crazy it is. The party I’d like is just eating, drinking, and talking with friends~~ I like that kind of atmosphere, no pressure, very relaxed…even if we talked about serious topics…

    We cooked hot pot for supper, and bought some side dishes from T&T. Pig ear, chicken feet, cattle belly…they were all good to eat with beer!!! I made the cocktail which is call “Screwdriver”, but I think I made it a little too strong, so everyone was all drunk~~!!

    I had asked everyone that how they felt on that day. They said, they were all satisfied with the party and had a good time, the food was delicious too. I was so happy to hear that ^^!! I am really glad to have these good friends~!!
