Feel the world

This weekend i joined two activities of school.


At Friday night, i went to watch a Hockey game
--a real Ice Hockey game at G.M. Place in Vancouver.
Vancouver Canucks (Canadian team) vs St. Louis Blues(American team)
This is my first time to watch a Hocky game.
It's really exciting!
At the beginning 9th second, they fought!!
But they didn't fight many times in the whole game.
I think the audiences like to see them fighting,
because when they fought, the audiences start to yell,
cry,and shout~~~so crazy!!!
Finally, Vancouver Canucks wan!!
Everyone was very happy~~
When we went out the stadium, some people who were driving
asking the result of the game.
Watching Hockey game is a special experience for me.


At Saturday, I went to Whistler!
Whistler is a good place for skiing,
but this time, i went there just for hiking and sightseeing,
maybe next month i will go there for skiing, it must be fun!!
Whistler is preparing for 2010 Olympics,
so many roads are under construction.
They hope to reduce the time to one and half hours
from Vancouver to Whistler.
Whistler Village has many stores, restaurants, and hotels!!
You can stay there all day.
Before going to Whistler Village, we went to see the third highest
waterfall in North America, it is called Shannon Falls.
We could only see one part of the waterfall,
so it was not as spectacular as i think.


Since i came to Canada, i always love to try different things
that i have never done in Taiwan,
somethings like ice skating, and watching the hockey game.
There are still many things that i'd like to try,
and i don't know when i will come here again,
so i enjoy my life in Canada!
